Biblica and Kerygma Digital have recently come to a favorable arrangement for us to continue to provide Biblica’s translation catalogue on BibleBot.
What does this mean for me?
This means that if you were a user of the following translations, they will be made available again soon:
- New International Version (NIV)
- New International Version – UK (NIVUK)
- New International Reader’s Version (NIRV)
- Nueva Versión Internacional (NVI)
- Nova Versão Internacional (NVI-PT)
- La Bible du Semeur (BDS)
- Священное Писание (Восточный перевод), версия с «Аллахом» (CARSA)
We’re anticipating these translations to be back in order likely within the next month or so. For those users who once used their translations, we unfortunately will not be able to restore your preference if you changed it following their removal. If you never changed your preferences, then all should work once they’re back in the bot.
